Pay attention to vibrates the uvula how your voice sounds and make adjustments as needed.

We decided to have further meetings on last  Saturday of every month with lunch & evening snacks, a "Free voice/puberphonia /e,AI program with students & public & research with Tamil schoolers ". Projects,

1. Puberphonia, total congenital deafness, and voice disorders are due to, 

2.Structural organic voice disorders result from physical changes in the laryngeal anatomy, such as edema, vocal nodules, and presbylarynx.

 3.Neurogenic organic voice disorders include vocal tremors, spasmodic dysphonia, paralysis of the vocal folds, etc. These problems relate to abnormalities of the central or peripheral nervous system innervation in the larynx. 

4.Functional voice disorders are caused by insufficient or improper use of the larynx and diaphragm without any identifiable physical structural abnormality or neurological dysfunction.Projects for Puberphonia: Treating female or child voices in males after puberty.

We require the following new equipments: 

1.A voice pitch assessment test machine—an electroglottograph—audio spectrograms—while speaking, this equipment has a phone, records the voice in frequency, and brings it in printout. Women speak at a higher pitch—about an octave higher than men. An adult woman's average range is from 165 to 255 Hz, while a man's is 85 to 155 Hz.

2.EMG, kymograms, or an equal machine are required to measure the nerves and muscles involved in voice production in the neck and oral cavity. Record the voice and bring it in printout.

3.Palatopharyngeal sphincter (nasal entry) and oropharynx isthmus (oral entry)- both  inside the mouth: air flow and structural change measurement, for different word by placing an electrode near the orifice through the nose or mouth or in the neck.

4.I am placing a silk thread by piercing the uvula with a metallic needle. The needle is removed after placing the thread in situ in the uvula. I will remove the thread on the third day. (It is just like placing an ornament in the ear or nose). We have to invent one instrument to do the same.

With this instrument all paramedical therapist can treat voice disorder globally.
